Do I need an appointment or referral?
No appointment is required. We operate as a walk-in clinic, allowing patients to receive care when they need it. If your condition requires a specialist, our staff will assist you with obtaining a referral following your visit
What do I need to bring for my visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID. If you have insurance, also bring a legible copy of your insurance card.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most insurance plans. However, we recommend contacting the clinic or bringing your insurance card so we can confirm that we are in-network with your specific provider.
What if my insurance is not accepted or I don’t have insurance?
If we are not in-network with your plan, or if you do not have insurance, we offer discounted self-pay rates for all patients.
